Returns & Exchanges

Because of the unique nature of our products—specifically our hand-crafted stain detailing—no two pairs of Ivorese OG Wash Denim are identical.

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and the metal pocket chain included.

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
